Social science impact event

The Impact of Social Science project team based at LSE is running a free event on 4th December on The Future of Academic Impact.  With sessions on the economic impact of academic research, writing impact case studies for the REF and academic blogging to name just a few it looks like an interesting day.  Speakers are from Universities UK, HEFCE, RCUK, some of the London Universities, as well as publishers and others.

If you can get yourself down to London for the day then it looks like it will be an interesting event and will surely be a useful preparation for next few years in the run up to the REF.  To find out more and register go to their website: The Future of Academic Impact.
